Animoto is a site where you can upload pictures and/or video clips. You have the option of using stock photos, too. Once you have uploaded your visuals, Animoto renders it into a video with audio (of your choosing). Text can be added to the video, as well. The videos can resemble Hollywood productions. As stated on their site (and I tend to agree), Animoto is “fast, free and shockingly easy.” Check out their site for examples and tutorials.
